If you want to use this phone business. It is recommended because you can use all day long without worrying about the battery getting low
Big battery with 7000 MAH, you can use 2 days straight with moderate use, it takes 10 hours with extreme use to reach 0%
Charging takes 2 hours, doesn't have Samsung Good Lock features
